GRUMPY

Bonjour !

Today I woke up in a grumpy mood. I feel better now. I totally took it out on my babecakes . I feel really bad .I just had a really bad night ! I kept waking up . My hole body was frozen and all that I could move was my foot . Then I kept telling myself to wake up . Its like my body was asleep and my mind was awake . Then when I would wake up my body jolted up . Good thing its my day off .

In the middle of all this I thought about checking out the city's websites to see fees for a business license.... Some city's fee the fee lol

I need to find some websites to help me out with this . If you know of any good ones let me know. This one is the only one I found to help out.

GOOD IDEA

I have decided to start this blog to take you on my journey through life,love and most of all my obsession of wanting to start a hot dog stand ..( go ahead and laugh) Yes it's true !




I'm making a pack with myself to follow through with this idea .. this quote I read one time always sticks in my head ... "It's better to fail a few times, the fail to try " I think it goes something like that. I know you get my point.


Here are some goals I have picked for myself and some were recommended by a website on starting a hot dog stand :

3. Evaluate hot dog cart location

-Do I want to do events?
-Do I want to stay in same location?
4. Select the right hot dog cart for you

5.Apply for grants
-Come up with budget goals
6.Get my Jeep running and ready
-running tune up
-new top
- trailer hitch
-new tiers
7.Buy extra storage
-freezer for garage
-Shelf and cabinets
8. Obtain your business licence and location permit
9. Obtain your health department permit
-Do I need a food handlers licence?
10. Set up key suppliers
-Meats
-Bread
-Condiments
-Drinks
-Snacks
-Extras
11. Get your financing
12. Order your new hot dog cart

So far I have been looking online for good hot dog carts ... I know I'm kinnda jumping the gun here but check this one out

Tomorrows my day off . I think I'm going to look for good locations . Also wanna read up on grants .
I also wanted to do some hardcore cleaning in my house so I will try not to put it off. Maybe during that time I can also do some arranging for goal #1
